8 Manicotti Noodles
1/2 lb Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 C Cottage Cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 T Soft butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 16 oz bottle of traditional spaghetti sauce
Cook noodles until almost done and drain. Stuff noodle with a mixture of everything but the sauce. Lay noodles flat in a 9x13 pan and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and bake 350* for 45 minutes

Pepperoni Rigatoni
1 box rigatoni noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. pepperonis
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese
*I like to add either Italian sausage or ground hamburger to my spaghetti sauce
In a 9x13 pan layer half the ingredients and then layer the other half. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
