6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery or mushroom
½ C milk
½ C sour cream
salt and pepper
24 oz O’brien potatoes or hash browns
1 C shredded cheese
1 can French fried onions
Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large bowl combine potatoes, soup, milk, sour cream, ½ French fried onions and ½ C cheese. Put pork at the bottom of a 9x13 pan top with potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Then top with remaining cheese and onions and bake for 5 more minutes uncovered.

Potato Stuff
(MIL)
1 lg. pkg. hashbrowns (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken
1 pt sour cream
1 cube butter
salt and pepper
1 cup grated cheese
cornflakes
Mix everything but the cornflakes together. Put in 9x13 pan and top with cornflakes. Bake at 350* 30-40 minutes

Spicy Potato Wedges
¼ C vegetable oil
1 T chili powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
3 ½ lbs large red potatoes
Grease baking sheet and bake at 400* for 30-35 minutes, turn over once. I normally serve this with Sloppy Joes
