Foul Proof Whole Wheat Bread

(Sis. Weight)
2 T dry yeast
½ C warm water
5 C hot water
2 T salt
2/3 C oil
2/3 C honey or raw sugar
7 C. whole wheat flour
3-4 C white flour

Sprinkle yeast into bowl with ½ C warm water and 1 T sugar. Combine hot tap water and 7 C whole wheat flour in big mixing bowl. Mix until blended. Add salt, oil, and honey/sugar. Continue mixing until well blended. Add prepared yeast to mixture and blend. Add 3-4 C white flour. Knead for 10 minutes. Form into loaves put into greased pans and cover with cloth. Let rise until a third/ double in size (35 minutes). Bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes. I like to use big juice cans to cook the bread in.
