Mexican Beef

1 Can beef chunks (drained)
1 diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cumin (optional)

Heat in sauce pan or in crock pot. Serve with rice or in tortillas.
